Each individual may hold only one big321 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances derived from promotional activity. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
All bonuses offered by big321 are subject to specific wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. Attempting to abuse promotions — including through multi-accounting, value-betting exploits, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
Deposits are credited to your big321 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet or Boost are processed to a target of approximately one hour. big321 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
big321 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members. Prior notice may not be given in cases involving suspected fraud.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and big321 ("big321", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the big321 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all products available on the Platform, including but not limited to the big321 Sportsbook, big321 Casino (live dealer games), and the Slots section.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any product-specific rules published on the Platform, including Sportsbook Betting Rules, Casino Game Rules, and individual Promotion Terms. 2.4 big321 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use the Platform. big321 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products without exception. Registering while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. big321 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.3 One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or the name of another person, is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to notify big321 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
3.5 Verification: big321 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage. You agree to provide documentation reasonably requested by big321 for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.6 big321 reserves the right to decline any registration application without giving reasons.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your Account.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4.3 You must notify big321 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. big321 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to notify big321 in a timely manner.
4.4 big321 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions and financial transactions. However, no digital security measure is infallible. You access the Platform at your own risk and are encouraged to use the two-factor authentication (2FA) option available in your Account settings.
5.1 big321 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, and Public Bank online banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at big321's discretion with reasonable notice.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the payment provider's systems. big321 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.3 A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits below the minimum will not be processed.
5.4 All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. big321 reserves the right to reverse deposits and freeze Accounts where third-party funding is suspected.
5.5 big321 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which big321 accepts no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members whose Accounts are in good standing and who have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.
6.2 big321 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately one (1) hour for Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals. This target is operational, not contractually guaranteed, and may be affected by factors including but not limited to: system maintenance, peak transaction volumes, identity verification requirements, or payment provider processing delays.
6.3 A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request. Withdrawals must be made to a payment instrument registered in your own name and must match the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.
6.4 big321 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request, and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
6.5 big321 does not charge standard withdrawal fees. Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside big321's control and may be deducted by those providers.
7.1 All promotional offers made by big321 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances. In most cases, real-money funds are wagered before Bonus Funds. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds become available for withdrawal only upon satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
7.3 big321 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after being claimed by a Member, the Member's rights with respect to already-claimed bonuses will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
7.4 Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to: using duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
7.5 big321 members participating in the big321 VIP Program are subject to the additional VIP Program Terms published on the Platform.
8.1 All bets placed on the big321 Sportsbook are subject to the Sportsbook Betting Rules published on the Platform. big321 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust bets where an error in odds or markets is identified, whether before or after event settlement.
8.2 Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers under rules published for each game type. Game outcomes are determined by physical implements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) and are final once confirmed by the dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome at the point of disconnection governs the bet, subject to game-specific rules.
8.3 Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Each spin is independent. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee results over any given session.
8.4 big321 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake sizes, impose betting limits, or limit access to specific markets for any Member at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the big321 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
10.1 All content on the big321 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, video streams, and databases — is the property of big321 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
10.3 Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without big321's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, big321 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform; (b) losses resulting from system downtime, network failures, or third-party service interruptions; (c) losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers; or (d) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.
11.2 big321's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits big321's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 big321's collection, processing, and storage of personal data is governed by the big321 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You should review the Privacy Policy before registering.
12.3 big321 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
13.1 big321 is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all Members from within their Account settings:
13.2 big321 strongly encourages Members to use these tools proactively. Once a self-exclusion is activated, big321 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

14.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under big321's international gaming authority regulatory framework.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and big321, you agree to contact big321 customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. big321 will make reasonable efforts to address your complaint within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body under big321's international gaming authority framework for mediation in accordance with that body's published dispute resolution procedures.
